As a performing artist my ambition is to further establish the status of the saxophone in the 21st century through performance and the creation of new repertoire. As an educator I am passionate about working with students to encourage a deeper appreciation for what it is to be a musician. To me, cultivating student’s awareness of the connection between composer, performer, and listener is the key to promoting better music appreciation in our society. I invite you to review this site to familiarize yourself with who I am, and what I do. For any inquiries please feel free to contact me at info@mikekeepe.com. |
